So frustrating. I use preloaded environments, such as The Tavern on my most recent render, and it comes with all these lights preloaded. And I didn't add any, changed the intensity on the one labeled sun(s) and also tried to make it approximate moonlight....and it's still really, really bright and washed out...not natural looking at all and I'm uncertain what to do to fix it. Thinking of going back into it and deleting all of them, with the exception of those mentioned above that I tried to correct, but I do want a kind of orange glow from the lanterns that are in the scene. So I'll have to figure out how to do that.

So I'm starting to get into rendering. I'm having a great time with it and I love learning more and more. I'm playing with lights and shaders currently, trying to figure out how everything works. Once that's done, I'll have to figure out how to use GIMP to do post work, especially for magical abilities, as I plan on doing a lot of fantasy renders for Neverwinter Online. I just hope one day, I can be considered good, like other's I've seen on here.
